The course provide by fit for purpose, was very well constructed, concise and an informative session.

Truly that I agree with you that when workers do not fully understand their ROLES, this can lead to confusion, frustration, lack of efficiency and even risk to life. If I may add, lack of CLEAR Roles and Responsibilities lead to "Blame Culture" as no one wants to take responsibility but everyone wants to enjoy the credit when everything works smoothly (at least imaginary).

I have done various courses at various lengths, with little to vast amounts of Information, however I have really enjoyed the two courses I have done recently that have been developed and delivered by PCR Global. I feel they are very useful bite size courses to learn from, whether new to the subject matter or looking to refresh knowledge. Thank you for your efforts in producing such easy to follow yet professional short courses, that are great for those with no knowledge of the subject or wish to refresh their understanding..
