Whilst I don't have any qualifications, knocking about in the woods listening to the old man talk into his phone, means I know the difference between:
My job in Fit4P plan is to keep the old man motivated.
- a NEBOSH and an IOSH
- a risk assessment and a set of RAMS
- Business continuity & Crisis management
- a BIA and a BCP
- a good bloke and a d*ck
My job in Fit4P plan is to keep the old man motivated.

Andy is a founding Director of Risk & Resilience at PCR Global Limited.
After leaving the UK military in 2005 to become a contractor, my experience is formed by working on projects as a consultant & auditor around the World. After involvement in a number of complex ambush attacks as both a team member and personal protection officer, in 2008 I developed an obsessive interest in leadership & decision making.

As a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner & Chartered Quality Professional (CQI), both disciplines feature highly in my approach to risk management.
